I made a tutorial video about this and you can watch it on my channel or below! The software i used in this video is <a title=\"FreeCAD\" href=\"https:\/\/www.freecadweb.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FreeCAD<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p><p>I noticed that my current FreeCAD version, 0.19, was not able to create real modeled threads. Then i dowloaded a pre-release version of FreeCAD 0.20 <a title=\"Download Weekly FreeCAD Builds\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/FreeCAD\/FreeCAD-Bundle\/releases\/tag\/weekly-builds\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>. It seems that in this version, you can select to model a real thread in 3D, which could be very useful for many users.
