This model was downloaded from <a title=\"OpenRC F1 car\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thingiverse.com\/thing:1193309\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Thingiverse<\/a>. It&#8217;s meant as an open RC model, but i use it as decoration only. How did i make it?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>I printed all plastic parts in two different colors, black and yellow. I mostly printed with\u00a0<a title=\"PolyTerra\u2122 PLA\" href=\"https:\/\/3dpartsforyou.com\/2021\/08\/25\/polyterra-pla-by-polymaker\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PolyTerra\u2122 PLA<\/a>. To create a cool color combination, i 3D printed the dual extrusion parts too. You see the yellow nose has a black top. The most parts can be printed in one single color. I found some M3 screws that fitted and for the bearings, i 3D modeled and printed some simple bearings that i created in <a title=\"FreeCAD\" href=\"https:\/\/3dpartsforyou.com\/2021\/04\/17\/freecad-a-free-3d-parametric-modeler\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FreeCAD<\/a>. These &#8216;bearings&#8217; were the same size as the ones i needed and are fine when you want to use this F1 car purely as decoration. The wheels can turn smoothly enough!
